Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order by charging payment, sending a confirmation, or beginning fulfillment. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing or tax errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or another operational reason. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, tax, and shipping charges

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the cart. Shipping is calculated from Atlanta, Georgia. Orders of seventy dollars or more before tax ship free within the United States. Shipping rates and tax estimates shown at checkout are the amounts we intend to charge. If a displayed price is an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any charge.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout, including tax and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. We may decline a payment or require additional verification.

Coffee and product variation

Coffee is an agricultural food product. Flavor, color, density, aroma, and availability can vary by harvest, process, and roast. Product images, origin details, and tasting notes describe the coffee in good faith. They are not a guarantee of an identical sensory result from bag to bag. We do not warrant that coffee will meet a particular brewing preference.

Allergens and use

Our coffee is roasted as coffee. We do not claim that the product is free of all allergens or that our facility is free of other foods. Coffee is a stimulant. You are responsible for how you brew and consume it. The product is sold for personal consumption, not for resale, unless we have approved you as a distributor.

Fulfillment and risk of loss

Orders are prepared around roasting and packing schedules. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the shipment to the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes if the carrier cannot complete delivery. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping rules are in our Shipping and Returns policy.

Returns and corrections

Because coffee is a consumable food product, opened coffee is generally not returnable. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or unusable, contact us through the Contact page within seven days of delivery, or of the date the carrier marked the package delivered, and include the order email, order details, and photographs when relevant. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when we approve the claim.

This does not limit any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first so we can correct it. Filing a chargeback without first giving us a reasonable chance to resolve a valid issue may result in account suspension. We will contest chargebacks we reasonably believe are improper and may provide the card network with order, shipment, and communication records.

Limitation

The disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, Georgia governing law, exclusive venue, and class action waiver in our Terms apply to purchases under these Terms of Sale.
